Farm, not form filling.
Farming OS is an idea that’s being shaped with farmers from the very beginning. If we’re going to build something that genuinely gives time back to farms, it has to be designed by the people who live it every day.
Your farm. Your data. Your choice.
Join us at the beginning and help build the future of Farming OS.
- Reclaim your time
Technology should reduce administration, not create more of it.
- Your farm
Every farm is different. Farming OS should adapt to you, not the other way around.
- Your data
Information about your farm belongs to you. You decide who can access it.
- Built together
Farming OS is being shaped alongside farmers from the very beginning.
Herds, breeds and vet records
If you’re running livestock, you’re one of the first people we’re building this with — herds and breeds registered once, allocated to fields, vet treatment records kept in one place instead of a drawer of paper.
See what we’re building →Fields, crops and scheme forms
If fields and crops are the bulk of your work, this is the shape of what we’re building with people like you first — land parcels mapped once, SFS and SAF filed straight from details you’ve already entered.
See what we’re building →Your data is the record of your work. It shouldn’t outlive its usefulness to you.
Every boundary you’ve walked, every treatment record, every year of yields — right now that knowledge sits scattered across other people’s systems, in formats you didn’t choose, that you can’t take with you if you leave. You did the work. It should be yours to keep, yours to move, yours to say no to sharing.
That’s not a feature we’re planning to add later. It’s the reason this exists at all.
A tech council of the people who actually farm — not a boardroom.
Every founding member — Farmer Owners, Farm Managers, Vets, Land Agents — gets a seat on our Tech Council. It meets every month. The roadmap isn’t something we decide and tell you about afterwards — it’s something the council sets, together, based on what’s actually getting in your way.
Join as a founding member, and you’re not signing up to use a product. You’re signing up to help build it.
It’s your farm’s record. It behaves like it.
One record, everywhere it’s needed
Your holding details, land and livestock live in one place — every form reads from it instead of asking you to type it again.
You see what’s shared, and with whom
Your vet sees the treatment records you share with them. RPW sees what a submission needs. Nothing more, by default.
Nothing sold on
Farming OS exists to save you paperwork, not to resell your farm data. That’s a commitment, not a feature.
This is early. Here’s the shape of where it’s going.
Map your holding
Fields, woods, water and common land, marked out with GPS-accurate boundaries.
Register your herds
Livestock, breeds, movements and CTS/EID tracking, kept up to date in one place.
Bring in your vet
Select an approved vet and share treatment and medicine records directly with them.
File your SFS/SAF once
Your holding and land details are already on record — ready to submit, not re-typed.
Stay assurance-ready
The same records Red Tractor’s templates ask for, always current, not chased at renewal time.
Grants that apply to you
Policy and funding surfaced from what you’ve already told us about your holding.
Tell us the biggest challenge on your farm that nobody’s solved yet.
That’s the application — not a form asking for your details, a real question. Founding members get a seat on the monthly Tech Council, where the answers to this question become the roadmap. Tell us what’s broken, and help us fix it.
